These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SpeeTch AI platform and services provided by SpeeTch AI, Inc. ("SpeeTch AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using SpeeTch AI, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
SpeeTch AI provides a real-time conversation intelligence platform including AI-powered translation, clinical note generation, real-time coaching, provider evaluation, and related features. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in your selected plan.
You agree to use SpeeTch AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
You are responsible for ensuring your use of SpeeTch AI complies with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and applicable state laws. SpeeTch AI will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required for covered entities under HIPAA. The BAA is incorporated into these Terms by reference for applicable customers.
SpeeTch AI offers subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Fees are charged monthly in advance for base subscriptions. Usage-based fees ($0.99/min per active feature) are billed in arrears. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or terminate trial offers at any time.
You retain ownership of all data you input into SpeeTch AI, including patient encounter data and clinical content. You grant SpeeTch AI a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services. We do not use your data to train AI models.
SpeeTch AI and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, and related intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
SpeeTch AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content (including translations and clinical notes) will be 100% accurate. Clinical notes and translations should be reviewed by qualified healthcare professionals before use in patient care decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeeTch AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted unless otherwise required by law or your BAA.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
